We believe that a presumption of joint custody in the event of divorce or seperation is truly in the best interest of our children.
We need fair child support laws! Noone should be incarcerated for the inability to pay child support.
False allegations of domestic violence should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,
Paternity fraud must be acknowledged. No government agency should force any person to pay for a child found not to be their own.

Pennsylvania presently has a bill that would provide for a presumption of joint custody.
The Bill is HB 463 and is presently in the judiciary sub commitee headed by Rep. Kathy Manderino. please contact her office and ask
that a date for public hearings be scheduled immediatly. Our children are counting on you.
